I came across this article in my news feed today.
It seems that another cornerstone of Mac users’ self created pedestal is being eroded.
First we had the change over from their IBM RISC based processors, to the much more common CISC based Intel processors.
Then we had an increase in malware actually affecting Mac systems, much to the annoyance of the “Macs can’t be infected” brigade.
Now we have AdWare being pumped by software distribution centres in much the same way as Download.com has done for Windows users for many years already.
What is the world coming to?
